Found the game Cave Story has a bit of EC and plenty of transformation throughout the plot. I won't go into details play the game its fun.
(Had Pixiv help with translating the pixel art.)
Cute pic of Street Fighter IV Sakura...taken out of context not really EC but a great concept.
