either way, you'd have to drop the skull, as any larger, she would not be able to hold it there... Then you have to think about the stuff revealed if you remove the skull.

The arms must be repositioned, and the banner must be made shiny and whole.. plus you'd have to research the text to complete the banner again O.o; Not to mention, find the right font and bend it to match.... or you could be lazy and just replace the entire word with BOOBS in your own font and try to mimic the burning of the banner etc etc...

There is so much detail you have to pay attention to there.

In contrast, the gamer chick. Simple colors and lines. much easier to do, you can just lay out a design you want, and basically go for it. AND she's already in a perfect position to cradle the boobs, no matter how large you alter em. So comparatively speaking, its sketch and done.

I haven't got a clue myself Dantails, but this above pretty much sums it up. The few "good ones" I saved aren't all too over the top and some were decent to such an extent that the modified version could even fool me for the original piece.
Something that strikes me as maybe interesting is to actually make the huge ones smaller, depending per character that could give the character a more cuter charm.
I'll look around and maybe post some examples of what I consider to be such.
Alot of pics I go nice big/huge boobies from the tumbnail then when I actually look at it, I just cringe. I know I'm can't even morph or draw anything like that but sheesz.
