Agreed, though I must admit that the wording there dissuaded
me from using it,
and I've been posting for four years.
Imagine how a newbie must feel!

Perhaps this could be changed to read:
"Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (miscategorized, harassment, fighting, or rude) posts."
The change is subtle, but it's
there.
