If its an update to a thread that has the exact same content (or continuation say a sequel that was released a year or more later etc.), then regardless of how old it is, is is welcomed to bring it back, so that the bundle is all in one spot. makes it easier to search ya see? That way people don't have to go.. "Well part 1 is over there. (link) Part 2 is there(link) I think I lost part 3.. but part four is here (link)"
