The new theatrical release "Ruby Sparks" -- which is about a writer's "original character" (his ideal girlfriend) coming to life -- includes a certain amount of MC content.
Despite the potential of the premise, don't expect anything really arousing, though, or any real process in the sense used on this board (a couple are suggested but not acted upon).
That said, I think it is an excellent movie overall -- highly recommended.
