Hah, the reason it's rarely done is... I'd have to guess, it weirds out about half of the BE population. I mean every fetish does to someone...
If you like tentacles, then Pixiv is the place to get em. I mean it IS in Japan, so you'd have a higher chance of finding that combination there than here... I think... haha if you can figure out how to search for it, or possibly request it over there without scaring the artist off from culture shock. XP
