This past week's episode featured growth as a fetish.
Not breast growth, though -- all-over growth (gigantism, really), and I think all the victims but one, including the ones who got some on-screen process, were male.
By the way, very minor correction for you: the character names are Myka (not Mikah) and Artie (not Arty).
Here's a recent Syfy press release that lists the names of most of the regulars. (Poor Leena doesn't get a mention!)
