The clerk sold her a large piece of silk, long enough to wrap herself in, that he said would help to ?bring all her passions to the surface.? That evening her husband had to work late, so she took the opportunity to practice. She felt awkward at first, but as she danced, she began to let go of all of her troubles and simply concentrated on the rhythm of her movements. She didn?t even notice as her body started to change, sprouting orange and black fur. Her spine began to lengthen into a tail as she twirled, and her face pushed out into a feline muzzle. The clerk had been right ? the fire in her heart had indeed surfaced, changing her into a lithe, powerful tiger.
