Did DOA3/4/5 come out on any other consoles? - pick a couple from those games...Guess 5 did although 4 didn't....same thing with different editions of Rumble Roses, etc.

Ninja Gaiden was originally an xbox exclusive till sigma came out on PS3.

You could definitely use "Agent" from Crackdown.

Originally Bioshock was an exclusive IIRC - so...Big Daddy.

Dead Rising - Frank West.

Going into Live Arcade/older games...one of the Jet Set Radio/JGR characters.
