They won't put Big Daddy in two fighting games, just like they didn't put snake in two fighting games. If anything, we might get Subject Delta or a Big Sister.

Thinking about XBLA exclusives... How about one of the knights from Castle Crashers, or the protagonist from Outland? Oh! You could also play as your avatar, since Xbox games seem to love including your avatar (or at least, a chunk of the Arcade and Indie games).
