I remember seeing a youtube video last year where a girl did a leopard or tiger makeup tutorial where I think she used cotton balls and liquid latex or something similar to construct a muzzle and upper lip to fairly convincing effect. She had a British accent too. I've trawled youtube for ages without any luck
