I've used the 'Personal' account type ever since starting commissions, which is essentially just the basic of basic. Never had any problems regarding payments and receiving.
Paypal hasn't exactly played detective either. It's like you could sell a blueprint for Alcatraz and they still wouldn't bat an eyelid.
