Blade ascends to godhood and immediately abuses his powers to turn Cruz into a girl. Considering he's spent literally half the comic's run crossdressing, it's a nice way to cap things off.
This chapter also really cranks up the gore, so you probably shouldn't read the rest of it if you're bothered by decapitation and vivisection.
