princess maker 2 was pretty fun, there is a translated version out there somewhere. but you can do all sorts of things. there are BE pills, she naturally gets older. i even think you can make her slim or fat. I havn't played it in awhile. is there a translation of PM5? or even one of PM 3 or 4?
