I'm not going to pretend to know everything there is know about what exactly is going on in the lawsuit. All I believe is that I don't think the family knows what they'll do with the rights to Superman once they get it. Multimillion dollar films and merchandise aside, the comics aren't exactly top-sellers. Very few hits and a lot of crap.
