First, this site is called "The Process" so you should have a nice detailed process. I usually try for one full page or more of detailed growth, and clothes tearing is always a plus, not just for me, but I'd guess a large portion here.

I usually tell people to close their eyes, and just imagine the woman who will grow, and then once you see her, write, write until your words convey the picture in your mind.

Then for the growth, imagine her again, then imagine her getting bigger, imagine how you would watch her grow, where you would look, what signs might let you know she is starting to change, how she might react, how her body movements and emotions might change as she grows, the affect her growth has on her clothes, her environment.

Once you see that, play it again, in your mind, only in slow motion, and as the scene plays out, write... don't worry about grammar, spelling... just write, you can correct it later. Then when done, reread the whole thing.

If the paper matches what you saw in your head, your good.
