Usually I'd agree, but isn't SAFF "hosting" his artwork - not derivatives thereof, which I agree, is another matter entirely - both without his permission and for a fee? Isn't that the same as laying claim to artwork to which they do not legitimately hold any copyright? I'm legitimately curious here, not looking to pick a fight.
