You can work the bar if you like, I'll be in the kitchen cooking most of the time anyways.
And also I make a tasty brat from scratch, with my own sauerkraut and house special mustard sauce if one likes. And I would welcome the costume, heck I'd insist all the wench's wear one during Oktoberfest.
