You'd probably set up a Artists Co-operative
with a
membership list
constitution
minutes of the first meeting
to satisfy people with stuff
that the Artists Co-operative is reasonably real
then pitch to fundrazr.com
for the server and software
to give the Artists Co-operative a piece of security
( or if the fetish is kept out of the films )
perhaps a pitch for used computers,Microsoft Windows XP
from organiztions that donate hardware to worthy causes)
( Since such corporations prefer a registered charity number to
use for their tax returns
you'd want the Artists Co-operative to partner up with a
registered charity
Some corporations will donate paint, shovels etc for
community beautification
projects so if the charity knows how to use the
donated paint,hardware,lumber for building
sets that also serve to beautify the community
one could cuts costs
