So,as per the other thread,I view getting a insurance contract the barebones minimum to give a project with
physical real people marching around
any sort of legal existence.

In real life I've played with 2 types of corporations

a) yer basic incorporation with share capitol and for profit

b) a corporation without share capitol

A corporation without share capitol is the legal entity that ends up as a
registered charity or a sports or arts organization

So
2003 pricing
$150 for the incorporation fee
$90 for a internet name search
plus printing off the proper forms from gov't web sites and typing stuff and postage and handling

Which gets you the papers to go to a bank to open a bank account in the name of the
corporation without share capitol

Currently we pay $5.75 /month for a
Community POrganization Bank Account
which back in 2005 came with 10 free cheques and deposit reciepts for the opened account
