This may be the best IB I have ever seen, and it is well worth the money. It includes a nose and chin transformation (from ugly to hot) that is not a simple cutaway, but a real process.
It also includes clothing transformations, hair transformation, breast expansion, and even some implied weight loss/firming. Missa also does a good job sounding aroused and into the transformation.
I have purchased it and if you can afford it and like IB, I would put it head and shoulders above nearly any other IB I've seen.
