Just use Word (or possibly Open Office?)to save as html, when it's long enough to schlick or fap to. Then open in Firefox and use scrolly fox firefox addon to let it scroll up the page automatically, while you - you know, have your hands busy. You can <ctrl>- or + to adjust the page size before scrolling.
