Peter Parker will be back when the next movie hits theaters. I'm not reading Superior, so I don't know if Doc-Spidey got rid of the octobot that has what's left of Peter's conscience, which will more than likely be the way to "reboot" Parker.

And if Doc-Spidey really is on top of the world, then the next course of action will be to see him fall from his pedestal.
