I didn't download this game but you most likely have a CD/DVD image file with whatever auxiliary files that come with it. There are plenty of virtual CD/DVD emulation tools but I prefer "Virtual DAEMON Manager" (Mine's V3.44 and it works with almost everything I subject it to).

Also, considering how new this must be to you. You also want to set your operating system to Japanese (XP being one of the best operating systems for non-asian users, but Windows 98 can suffice if you want to go through a lot of hassle setting it up).
