The title, I believe, was MULTIPLY. I can't remember the name of the artist, but it was set in a "World of Warcraft"-style landscape, and featured a blue-skinned female elf (or something like that) transforming patrons at some backwater tavern into her clones. Anyone know where I can dig it up?
