Uh.... go to the Google search page.. (www.google.com) look in the upper left corner for the word "Image" and click it. That will take you to this screen:
http://images.google.com/imghp?hl=en

Then drag and drop a picture into the search bar in the middle of the screen. Remember it's faster to search with smaller pictures, but it also looks for similar size sometimes.
