Kevin doubled over groaning in agony, his voice was now higher and sounded very female. Another wave of pain hit as his testicles entered his body. He could feel them changing into ovaries. Then his manhood gave up completely as he passed genders. This was followed by another wave of shrinking. Then another wave of pain as her ovaries formed eggs thus making her fertile.
