This is really good. Great setup and pacing. I end up skimming a lot of TF stuff after the first few lines and skipping to the transformation. This one had me hooked, believable characters and nice introspection that set up a mental side to the change. The lead in at the shop and the subtle work in at the mirror work really well. The TF itself was broken up nicely very descriptive and easy to digest in each stage. The only thing that seemed a little off was the abruptness of her personality change after she observes the party at the couch it was the only sudden poofish bit the rest is awesome. Planning on reading your other stuff here and on your site.
