I might be a developer. But I really don't have much time, so still if I would quickly slap a site together it wouldn't be any fancy looking. Think BE Addventure style nothing really graphical. But more functional.
-Accounts, need accounts to own stories and add/edit chapters.
-Stories, with each their recent additions, Tree Map of the outline.
-Chapters, any amount of choices and a WYSIWYG html editor.
Still, probably I would open source it aswell allowing more devvies to work on it concerning the time I would have for it.
