From remembering that I always wanted to find the animation responsible for a downloaded image I lost (my backups even betray me) and I care not to scour a site I believe I first found this (again, though, that archive is too large to pour through) I still have a print out of said image.
If anyone recognizes this image and where it comes from, please do tell. From the look of it the image depicts some young blonde being transformed with grossly altering body parts of breasts becoming mouths and arms separating apart from the double bone in the forearms as well as an eye tentacling out of the eye socket.
