What browser are you using for the exhentai site? I use a cheep firefox knockoff called cometbird, as FF tends to drain memory on me something fierce. You can also Chrome the site.

Usual steps to get around sad panda:
Dump cookies (or just the hentai cookie, if you can find it)
Go to the forums and sign up/sign in : http://forums.e-hentai.org/
enter http://exhentai.org/

The exhentai site looks for a cookie that you can only get when you log into the forums. If you don't have that cookie, you get sadpanda. Once you get sadpanda, you get a cookie that will ALWAYS give you sadpanda. So, remove the cookie, log in to the forum, and you're in.

I still get sad panda.
