Quite a long time ago, I remember seeing a tg manga that had a scene that showed a boy recieving a handjob from a loli-ish girl (I think) that resulted in the boy becoming female just in the crotch. I think I remember seeing another page with it where the loli-ish girl plays with the now shocked new girl's still male nipples, making them expand into a very ample pair of breasts.
