Well, Easy, what kind of rates would you call reasonable? Better still, what is the most you're willing to pay?

Here are some things to consider regarding commissions:

Do you want the commission in black-and-white (i.e. greyscale) or colour?
Do you want one page or several pages?
How many panels (approximately — doesn't have to be exact) per page?
How many characters are there?
Are there backgrounds?
How detailed do you want it to be?

These can greatly influence the price.
(NOTE: I'm not a comic artist, but I've known some people who are)
