I like slow sexual growth. The girl can do something as simply as be kissing a man or a women and is shorter than their partner, slowly grow to same level, have some comparison moments, continue kissing and grow some more. Repeat to mini-giantess.

This can be accomplished with basic camera tricks, something to stand on or even simply crouching off camera, etc...

Of course, full on sexual growth and nudity is the best but is hard to pull off without some special effects for comparison.
