Jitensha, are you still looking for codes?
I might have one for you, though it depends on whether or not you already have the Blu-Ray Combo Pack of Frozen added to your account.
Apparently, they don't allow you to enter different codes for the same package (yes, I bought two of those combo packs; it's a long story), but I'm sure if you have a different version (DVD Only, Blu-Ray Only?), you might be able to use this code.
