If you paid by credit or debit card, you could contact your bank/card issuer and complain of fraud. Might get your money back, you never know.
That does suck, though. Good to know about a ripoff artist ahead of time though- I'll stick to someone with a good reputation for doing a great job on customs in a timely fashion. Like Missa.
