Dennis Hopper was the only giveaway. Basic premise is that it's in a fantasy 1950s world where magic is commonplace and zombies are used as cheap labor. Think Red Scare, but instead of communists, witches are the ones being hunted. But that's just from Wikipedia. I think I'll pass on watching it.

Honestly, it's not a terrible movie. I mean it's cheesy, don't get me wrong. But I've seen movies that have bigger budgets do way less.
It took forever for me to find a digital copy of this movie, so I might be a tad jaded.
