Personally, I've always found one of three things to assist when I'm feeling burned out.
1) Force yourself to sit down and work on it anyway. Throw on some good music (I do love Pandora), refuse to allow yourself any distractions, and just make yourself do something--anything--that advances your goal.
2) Work on something else. You'll still feel productive without feeling like you're hitting a wall, and maybe once you've got some of your side project completed you can return your focus to the main thing you wanna do.
3) Take a break. Give yourself a few days to a week where you just don't think about it at all. Marathon some movies, beat a video game, read a good book--do something that doesn't involve what you're trying to work on. You may come back to it feeling refreshed and ready.
