I'm using self hypnosis for B.E. and S.W... I think the B.E. is working. So far nothing on the height.

I use the warpyourmind site. It's at the very least a good 20 or 30 minute relaxation tech.

I've been debating trying to make my own program. I'm curious if it works while I sleep. I don't have enough empirical evidence to support that at this time.

But TGHawk is correct. If you don't believe you can be hypnotized then you're not likely to get much results out of it.

The other thing, like exercise you have to be committed and repeat the process.
