A new July anime series called "
Joukamachi no Dandelion" is a series
featuring a royal family with supernatural abilities as main characters. One
of them is a little girl named
Hikari, and she was introduced with the ability
of manipulating the growth of living beings..
She ages herself in the 3rd
episode in order to rescue a cat from a tree. But since the effects of her
ability don't wear off for 24 hours and her clothes are too small for her
grown body, she regresses one of her sisters in order to exchange clothes.
Her AP is on-screen and seems to have a well-animated process, but it is
unfortunately censored in flash while she grows.
