Or, if your tastes are like mine, for her to get exactly what she wanted.
The narrative's drama doesn't have to take the form of a corrupted wish. Other plot devices can be used, such as her reverting against her will at a bad time (maybe with her breast skin permanently stretched = saggier) or having to do something unwanted to keep her breasts the way she wants them, or getting addicted to wishes.
Just throwing out ideas here.
