Setting aside for a moment the fact that NONE of your comments so far have been innocuous (in this or any thread) and that you're not one to talk about self-aggrandizing or how not to be a good moderator and that threatening to get mad and post more won't prevent me from eliminating negative posts...
If I really had a conflict of interest, I'd be editing or deleting the posts of people asking for refunds or updates when I don't have anything to give at the moment. Or I'd just lock or delete the thread. I'm not doing that. What I AM doing is saying there's a certain type of post that people like you love to make which contributes nothing at all and won't be tolerated in this or any thread.
With regard to the actual topic, either Dave will complete the project or he will issue partial refunds (as some content did get produced). I won't let him rest until he does. It is a little harder getting in touch with him now that I've started a new job and am working overtime every week, but I'm trying.
