It doesn't make a lot of sense though. If they're lesbians they clearly aren't after his "Johnson". But the implication is that if they bite him he'll become a lesbian zombie too, yet none of the zombie lesbians are wearing men's clothes to suggest they were converted from male to female. I declare shenanigans.
