I found a short nose growth moment in a animated short(2:38):

plus I mad a simple Pinocchia skin for SDT. For those not familiar with SDT it is a hentai game, lets you do REALLY sexual things to a anime girl

(took out all naked parts just to make the preview little saver)
I reached the limit for her nose length, might find a way around it. And it does not grow as I do not know how to code.
You can insert Pinocchia quotes and lies to make her say related things.
