It's not game mechanics that's the issue. I have a bunch of ideas ranging from "procdurally-generated transformations" to "mind control-based themed status effects" to "player loses control to slutty AI if they've been bimbofied and haven't gone for another breast enhancement in the last day". The thing is that it's difficult to combine or integrate them elegantly. That or some other problem.
I mean shit, a few months ago, I had the idea to create a bimbofication-themed rhythm game where your performance in the song determined how big a girls' tits got. But then I realized that most music artists wouldn't approve of the idea that their music turns people into sluts, so that I mean I'm not sure if any of you guys have musical talent or anything, but that's probably been the closest to fully-baked I've had.
