Sorry for the uninspired suggestion, but the first thing that comes to mind is a bigfoot TF.
I remember a few years ago, I toyed with the idea of a story for a Chupacabra TF - somehow I lost interest in writing it (as I do with 90% of my TF story ideas), but I'll put the premise out there - you're welcome to take it or change it as you wish.
The TFee is the host of one of those dumb cryptid hunting shows you see on TV where people go out into the woods with cameras then get really excited every time they hear a noise. She's rather cynical about it, but it's a popular show and it pays the bills. During filming, she's attacked by a mysterious creature but remains skeptical about it. A few nights later, she turns into a monster.
