That last sequence by Dragon-Fangx would've been great if it showed intellectual, reserved, Raven as a muscle-bound villain's goon (renamed Rook, or something) helping rob a bank in a sexy new costume. Doing thug things like pumping iron at the hideout, going "Yeah boss? Want me to bust some heads?", obsessed with physicality and strength, doing everything she can to enhance it, then having a heartbreaking confrontation with former teammates, good times.
I think Raven was never very popular in her comic-book form. Also, her main original runs were well before fanfiction and fanart proliferated on the internet, and a lot of people have trouble connecting to anything "before their time" for some reason, not so for me, show me some ancient Sumerian EC involving "Inanna's Descent to the Netherworld" and I'll appreciate it just fine .

Fury Supergirl was a thing originally in the comic Batman/Superman #12. I thought that had been mentioned in this thread, but I can't find it.
While I'm at it, just in case it wasn't mentioned either, Gorilla Grodd also made Supergirl his evil servant in Supergirl #4. He also suggested he was going to transform her more to an even more brutish state, but he never did, the big tease.
Oh, and in an oldie (1965) she gets turned into a demon compelled to commit evil, Action Comics #324;
