That movie definitely qualifies as a missed SW opportunity.

The brunette is supposed to be three feet tall after she's shrunk down. But the effect is awful. It's obvious that she's just kneeling next to the other "normal sized" cheerleaders. The only redeeming quality of that scene is that the actress's expression of suddenly being half her original size is pretty priceless.

But, for all the halfway decent growth scenes, they could've done a lot better with the shrinking of the villain.

Maybe she starts to shrink from her giant size. The other cheerleaders run over to her. She finds herself out of her giant clothes at normal size.

Then, to her horror, she realizes that she's still shrinking. The other cheerleaders watch as Brittney continues to shrink down to the size of a Barbie doll.
