Why not a lovecraftian-based heroine? She is scary, deadly yet sexy, like a cenobite but with living rubber/latex that shapes her unearthly features, piercing, appendages (no futa) and voice that makes anyone insane after hearing it. Once a human, she was sacrificed to the Old Ones, where they twisted her and imbued her with horrific, deadly powers.

Now, after consuming her makers, she hungers more. Not of lust, not of terror, but of love as she possessed a deadly Midas touch that renders anyone insane.

However, the main premise is to set up a tragic heroine origin storyline. Nevertheless, she learns how to control her 'horror' capabilities, and learning to accept who she is now with her best friend (who is somehow immune to those terror due to a special ability to 'deny')
