In Batwoman (2017) #9, Batwoman under the effect of Scarecrow's fear toxin, transforms herself into a Bat-Wolf hybrid. The transformation is probably a hallucination caused by the toxin however. She later reverts back in issue #10.
The transformation is surprisingly detailed, I wasn't expecting any process in it.
